From concept to reality
Define
We analyse your requirements against decades of test-systems experience — capturing the test envelope for each unit under test: loads, pressures, temperatures, cycles and the data needed to prove it. We actively support development of the project specification and feasibility, working as part of your team through PDR and CDR technical reviews.
Design
Control-system architecture, servo and closed-loop design, instrumentation, data acquisition, functional safety (SIL/PL) and the bespoke test software — built on a Beckhoff TwinCAT platform with CODESYS — developed alongside the mechanical and hydraulic design. Concepts are reviewed at full scale in the group's VR suite with engineers, operators and maintenance staff before manufacture.
Deliver
Electrical and control-cabinet build, software integration and full-rig commissioning, with factory acceptance testing up to 500 kVA available power. Site installation, calibration, SAT, operator training and handover — with full documentation and UKCA/CE marking — then obsolescence monitoring, upgrades and support for the life of the rig.
